Facebook and the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), a UK government agency, have finally reached an agreement for a proposed panic button. CEOP has spent the last several months campaigning against Facebook, asking them to add a “panic button” to allow an easy way for UK teens to report sexual predators and online abuse. After much debate, they have finally agreed on an optional application.

There’s uproar online over the fact Reuters’ decided to distribute a very revealing photograph of the teen star Miley Cyrus. Taken while performing at the Much Music Video Awards (MMVAs) in Toronto on June 20th, the photograph has Cyrus (who is 17-years-old) clad in a very revealing lingerie-like leotard that shifted during her dance number and gave the audience a very different kind of show.
